How Fresh Cowork Gives Back

It’s about a lot more than office space.

When we launched Fresh Cowork, we didn’t set out to become real estate tycoons.

Instead, we entered commercial real estate as a way to serve the many businesses and professionals who call Jacksonville home.

Offering an environment that fosters success makes it possible not only for those teams to thrive, but it also enhances their freedom to share with others.

Helping Hands

How you help us help others

To encourage a culture of generosity in our office community, Fresh Cowork supports Kiva, a global crowd-funding organization which expands financial access to artisans and entrepreneurs around the world.

Fresh Cowork invests 1% of our profits into our Kiva-funded small businesses. So, when you join our office community, your investment helps us to lend more resources to other entrepreneurs.

We have so far supported nine entrepreneurs right here in the United States. Here are their stories.

Giving back is our passion.

Giving back is the McDonald family’s passion. Through their other business, FreshJax, they are aiming at ending childhood hunger. Every FreshJax purchase contributes to Hunger Fight, Feed the Children, and Feeding America.

With the support of their customers, FreshJax has donated almost 500,000 meals to children facing food insecurity.

Hunger Fight is a Jacksonville-based non-profit headquartered 15 minutes down the road from Fresh Cowork. We encourage you to learn more about ending childhood hunger in our own city.
